What Kind of Thinker are You?

And we're back!!!

Just a brief post today. My fiancé sent me this survey from the BBC. It's actually rather interesting, and I think my results are dead on. Of course hers are pretty much diametrically opposed to mine, which speaks to the validity of this survey.

:-p

Here are my results (it gives you your two "thinker" types)

You are a Spatial Thinker

Spatial Thinkers:
  • Tend to think in pictures, and can develop good mental models of the physical world.
  • Think well in three dimensions
  • Have a flair for working with objects
Other Spatial Thinkers include
Pablo Picasso, Michelangelo, Isambard Kingdom Brunel

Careers which suit Spatial Thinkers include
Mechanic, Photographer, Artist, Architect, Engineer, Builder, Set designer

You are a Logical-Mathematical Thinker

Logical-Mathematical thinkers:

Anyone who knows me understands this is pretty accurate, except it does not mention computer games or rpgs...

It only gave me one type, and that was "Linguistic Thinker". I would possibly call this suspect.

Linguistic thinkers:

* Tend to think in words, and like to use language to express complex ideas.
* Are sensitive to the sounds and rhythms of words as well as their meanings.

Other Linguistic Thinkers include
William Shakespeare, Sylvia Plath, Anne Frank

Careers which suit Linguistic thinkers include
Journalist, Librarian, Salesperson, Proof-reader, Translator, Poet, Lyricist
